hc1.com celebrated our accomplishments and looked ahead to the future at Wednesday's company offsite, which was held at the NCAA Hall of Champions and Victory Field. The striking of the new hc1 gong kicked off the morning meeting, where our CEO Brad Bostic announced Project Velocity to jump start the third quarter. Project Velocity is a company-wide initiative for growth, from new hires to new products to new clients. Leaders from sales, marketing, client success, and product all shared their goals for the upcoming year. This was a great way to for everyone to stay informed about what is happening across the company.

Mike Langellier, President and CEO of TechPoint, gave a keynote presentation on the impact of technology in Indianapolis. His message was one that resonated with all of us in the audience - "Build a place, not a product." I know that the hc1 team will take this message full heartedly and continue to embrace and support our Indianapolis community. We are also happy to announce the arrival of hc1 Communities, an initiative that provides hc1 employees with opportunities to volunteer at local charities and organizations. If you start to see more and more hc1 faces out and about, make sure you say hi!

After an engaging and informative morning, the whole group (over 100 of us!) headed over to Victory Field to watch the Indianapolis Indians in their afternoon game. Everyone took advantage of the weather to sit back and enjoy the game together on a beautiful afternoon.
