hc1 Insights Builder™ is a new solution enabling hc1 users to create custom dashboards based on hc1 data models to answer business questions for internal clients.

Users receive training enabling them to develop, modify and expand BI capabilities using the most up-to-date analytics platform to create visualizations and dashboards to monitor the types of metrics, trends and comparative analytics you need to manage your business.

With hc1 Insights Builder™ you can:

• Design and build custom dashboards and reports.
• Copy standardized hc1 dashboards and reports and modify them with your own filters, add additional columns and even add/remove/modify existing reports on a dashboard.
• Easily edit dashboard content or delete dashboards that no longer meet your needs.
• Schedule dashboards to be emailed to others in your organization.
• Control who can create, view and edit custom dashboards via user profiles.
