Analytics are an integral piece of every solution hc1 provides. We know how valuable they are to our clients and how important they are to your day-to-day operations. We’ve recently upgraded the platform that all our analytics are built upon to provide an all-around improved experience.
hc1 reports and dashboards now run on Google Looker, which is replacing our legacy platform. The Looker platform provides our clients with a significant number of benefits, including:

- Modern and intuitive user interface
- Easier and faster product upgrades
- Quarterly releases with new/improved functionality

- Improved support through Looker documentation
Early feedback from hc1 clients who have transitioned to Looker has been largely positive. One executive user told us, “hc1 is a completely different platform than it was a year ago.” Another client went from approximately 630 reports to just 180 dashboards with the upgrade.
