Let's face it: Despite the massive global adoption of hc1.com, not everyone is completely familiar with us yet. Part of my job is to spread the word...and that's exactly what Todd Melioris and I are doing on our North Jersey/ NYC area road trip. We're out there meeting with lab owners and upper management at medical laboratories across the USA to introduce them
to hc1.com Healthcare Relationship Management solution.
It's always rewarding to meet new people, and this trip has been no different. Today, Todd and I visited a lab that has been in business in one form or another since 1843. The lab is located in the Brooklyn Army Terminal, the same place that Elvis Presley departed from at the ripe old age of 23 with 1,300 other GI's on their way to Germany.
Bendiner & Schlesinger, based in the Brooklyn Army Terminal, started off in the mid 1800's as a compounding pharmacy in NYC and evolved into a lab over time. Now with 200 employees, Bendiner & Schlesinger is a force to be reckoned within the NYC market.
Todd and I are looking forward to the next time we meet with the folks at Bendiner & Schlesinger (next Friday!), when we're scheduled to introduce them to additional aspects of our Healthcare Cloud Computing service.
